The company was awarded ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 UKAS accreditation by SGS Yarsley in March 2004.
The Managing Director, Elise Crowther has over 20 years of experience gained whilst employed as Senior Microbiologist with a leading Surgical Device manufacturer, during which time she gained extensive knowledge in the interpretation and practical application of the Medical Device Directive, and relevant European and International Standards.
Kevin Gidney joined MVS Ltd in September 2005 as Microbiology Manager. Kevin has over 15 years of experience of microbiology within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry, gained with an international company.
The MVS Ltd team is completed by Emily Oxley, Operations Director and Gemma Coy, Administrator.
All testing undertaken at MVS Ltd is carried out in accordance with the current standards relating to the manufacture and sterilisation of medical devices, surgical instruments and pharmaceuticals, employing Good Laboratory Practice.
